Trim Building Services problems with our leaking window
This video shows some of our experiences with Trim Building Services, Wollongong. Due to numerous defects in the renovation of our house, we took the matter to the Home Building division of the NSW Civil and and Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal ordered Trim Building Services – and Trim agreed – to fix all defects agreed to by our building inspectors, by 15 May 2015. The defects were not rectified in line with what was agreed. One involved a leaking window on the SE corner of the house.
