Here we have a full width kitchen diner extension on Gorsey Road, Quinton, Birmingham, B32. The owner/landlord called us as the existing small poorly constructed extension with mould and severe damp which was losing her revenue as it was difficult to let out in that state. We created a large open plan kitchen diner leading into the formal dining room by opening up the rear wall. With a nice L shaped kitchen and spacious dining room the new tenants will love this family sized property.
